The Rush Order is an optional add-on service available for existing residential or commercial preliminary title report orders.

To request expedited delivery (typically within 4–8 business hours), please submit the Rush Order simultaneously with your residential or commercial preliminary title report order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite Municipal Unrecorded Lien Searches. These searches depend on responses from the relevant municipal departments, which are outside our direct control. As a result, processing times are determined by the speed at which those departments provide the required information.
